Villa Belladonna

Located just 13 km from Poreč, Casa Belladonna offers the perfect blend of luxury, nature and complete comfort. This elegant villa extends over 260 m² across two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests.

The ground floor features a bright living room with Smart TV/IPTV, a comfortable seating area and fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-quality Mehrzer cookware and an island, plus a dining area for shared meals. This level also includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace, as well as a separate guest WC.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, private terrace and Smart TV/IPTV. The large king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) are decorated with Swarovski crystal details, and all rooms have underfloor heating and air conditioning. Guests of Casa Belladonna can enjoy HBO Max, Netflix, a PlayStation 5 with games and an electric scooter. All bedrooms are equipped with carbon-monoxide and smoke detectors.

On the spacious fenced grounds you’ll find a heated saltwater pool (50 m²), a three-person hot tub, a Finnish sauna and a sun deck with eight loungers and a lounge set. A covered terrace with outdoor dining area, gas grill and Smart TV is ideal for family gatherings. A Mediterranean garden and children’s playground further enhance the relaxing atmosphere that makes Casa Belladonna unique.

The villa Casa Belladonna is energy independent thanks to solar panels and offers Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a safe, baby cot and highchair. There are 6 private parking spaces and a MOON charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles. Pets and youth groups are not allowed.
